We're proud to offer you a wide range of professional box office services delivered by a staff whose primary concern is customer service. All of our services are conducted right here in the Seattle area.
Following is a brief explanation of how to set up your account with us. You will also want to review our Services and Fees page for details on our ticketing packages and prices.
Step One: The Event Set-up form:
Please fill out the online Event Set-up form. A paper version is available if you'd perfer. You can request one via email from contracts@ticketwindowonline.com. We will use the information you submit to create a service agreement for your event. You can expect to receive your service agreement within 2 business days of receipt of your completed Event Set-up form.
Step Two: The Service Agreement:
When you receive your service agreement, please read it carefully, sign both copies, and return them to Ticket Window via email to contracts@ticketwindowonline.com or fax at (425)450-3839. Your tickets will be set up for sale through our system only after we have received a signed service agreement from you.
Step Three: Tickets go on sale!
Within 72 hours of receiving your completed service agreement, Ticket Window will have tickets for your event on sale through Ticket Window's system, which includes our website, live operator phone sales at 206-325-6500, and our four walk-up outlets located at the Broadway Market, Pike Place Market, Pacific Place Mall and on the Eastside at Bellevue's Meydenbauer Center.
