Ticket Window Services and Fees

Full House Producer Package

Set-up fee: $.0.20 per seat/performance, based on capacity. Minimum set-up fee: $50 per production run.

• Ticket Window system set-up; consisting of sales through our system via our website, walk-up ticket outlets, phone system and fax.

• Ticket printing for the entire event.

• Box office sales reports, including password protected On-line access to ticket sales information as well as a patron database, publicity reports, and zip code draws.

• Will-call tickets assembled and ready for pick-up by 5pm day-of-show.

• Ticket Window absorbs all credit card fees.

Ticket Allotment Buffet

Set-up fee: $0.50 per seat, per ticket sold by Ticket Window. Minimum set-up fee: $25 minimum per production run. Allotment must be at least 25% of the venue capacity.

• Sales at TW outlets, over the phone and online through the Ticket Window system.

• Printing of sold allotted tickets (will call).

• Will call tickets assembled and ready for pick-up by 5pm day-of- show.

• Box office sales reports, including password protected On-line access to ticket sales information as well as a patron database, publicity reports, and zip code draws.

• Ticket Window absorbs all credit card fees.

Other Ticketing Options Through Ticket Window:

We've built the Ticket Window system to be as flexible as you need to be, so please ask us about our Ticketless Will-Call Option (if you've signed up for the allotment plan and hard tickets aren't your priority) or our Preprinted Option (if you've signed up for the full house plan and will call pickup is inconvenient). Both of these options can extend the hours your event is on sale!

Change Fees:

• $25 for each change, requested by Producer, to core ticketing information (such as prices, times, dates or show name), after contract has been signed and the show has been built on the Ticket Window system.

• $10 for each change, requested by Producer, to the website only (such as the addition of different graphics, show description, etc.) after the contract has been signed and the show has been added to our online system.

On-Site, Day-0f-Show Box Office Services

Ticket Window will provide on-site, day-of-show box office services for a fee of $35 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. For venues with a capacity of over 600, additional on-site box office staffing may be required. Additional on-site staff services are provided for a fee of $18 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. Service includes:

• One staff person's time, delivery to the venue of will-call tickets and printed tickets for sale at the door, box office advance sales reports and provision of a cash box and till.

• All checks for ticket purchases will be made out to the Client, and credit card charges will be processed using Client's account and equipment, if available. Ticket window will settle the box office receipts following each performance.

• Client is responsible for providing an authorized person to sign-off on box office reports and receive all box office receipts within ½ hour of box office closing.

• Payment of fees for contracted on-site, day-of-show box office services will be required in advance.

Fees Direct to Consumer

Ticket Window collects fees from the consumer for all tickets purchased over the phone, online, or in person with a credit card or personal check. Tickets purchased in person with cash at any of our three locations are always service fee-free to the consumer.
